─── Mission Objective ───

Re-design and re-develop the Tropica Seeds website — a B2B vegetable seeds company serving farmers and businesses worldwide — with a clean, fast, no-animation UI, a robust product catalogue, and an approval-based authentication system.

─── The Problem ───

The existing website failed to represent Tropica Seeds' global scale and research-led brand. It lacked a structured CMS, a functional product catalogue with filtering, and a secure section for restricted documents.

─── The Solution ───

A full re-design collaboration with the client's design team — wireframes through high-fidelity Figma — then a Next.js build with Sanity CMS for products and news, Clerk for approval-based auth, and a deliberately animation-free UI tuned for B2B users and low-end devices.

─── Feature Breakdown ───
01
Product Catalogue

A robust, filter-driven products page backed by Sanity CMS — client manages seed varieties, categories, and metadata without developer involvement.

02
Approval-Based Auth

Clerk integration with an approval workflow — users sign up but only access the restricted Bulk Products page after manual admin approval, protecting gated documents.

03
News / Blog

A Sanity-powered news section letting the client publish and manage articles independently — structured fields for title, date, category, and body.

04
Figma → Code

Full design collaboration: wireframes through high-fidelity designs produced with the client's design team in Figma, then pixel-perfect implementation in Next.js.

05
No-Animation UI

Deliberately animation-free design tuned for B2B buyers and Indian farmers on low-end devices — prioritising load speed, clarity, and conversion over visual flair.
